下载、安装或使用 MouseRewire 即表示用户同意本条款及隐私政策。

1. 软件许可
在用户遵守本条款的前提下，开发者授予用户有限的、非独占且不可转让的软件使用许可。实际许可、价格、设备数量和更新权益以 App Store 或正式购买页面显示的信息为准。
2. 合理使用
用户不得利用软件从事违法活动、传播恶意修改版本或危害其他用户、设备及服务安全。适用法律明确允许的权利不受本条限制。
3. 系统权限与配置
MouseRewire 需要用户主动授予部分 macOS 权限才能调整全局鼠标事件。侧键自动执行的操作由用户自行配置，用户应在重要工作前确认配置符合预期。
4. 更新与兼容性
开发者可能出于功能、安全、兼容性或合规需要更新软件。不同鼠标驱动、远程桌面、游戏、虚拟机和系统版本可能影响实际行为。
5. 知识产权与第三方标识
MouseRewire 的代码、图标、界面和文案依法受到保护。Windows 是 Microsoft 集团公司的商标。MouseRewire 是独立开发的软件，与 Microsoft 不存在隶属、授权、合作或背书关系。
6. 责任边界
开发者会合理维护软件的稳定与安全，但无法保证适用于所有硬件和第三方环境。依法不得排除或限制的消费者权利和责任不受本条影响。

1. License
Subject to these terms, the developer grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use MouseRewire. The final license scope, price, device limits, and update rights are determined by the App Store or official purchase page.
2. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the software for unlawful activity, distribute malicious modified versions, or compromise the safety of other users, devices, or services. Rights expressly granted by applicable law are not restricted.
3. Permissions and Configuration
MouseRewire requires user-approved macOS permissions to adjust global mouse events. Side-button actions are configured by the user, who should verify them before relying on the app in important workflows.
4. Updates and Compatibility
The developer may update the software for functionality, security, compatibility, or compliance. Mouse drivers, remote desktop software, games, virtual machines, and operating-system versions may affect behavior.
5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks
MouseRewire's code, icon, interface, and text are protected by applicable law. Windows is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. MouseRewire is independently developed and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
6. Liability
The developer will take reasonable steps to maintain reliability and security but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device and third-party environment. Consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
